wear them if you are petite. It's a fun look but it can also be chic if you go for more basic colours like black, navy or white. For something more edgy, find abstract polka dot prints. Remember that excess is bad, so if you're wearing a large polka dot dress, keep your accessories in solid colours or in another print.
