Urgh!I hate this mini project that needs my group to do research the customer's satisfaction about quality of food and service provided by the staff restaurant. So, we choose to do the research at Kemaman Kopitiam (the new one) since I know that my friends work at there.
ok, what we had to do was create 15 questionnaire for customer and actually we need to interviewed manager in that restaurant also recorded all the conversation with him! I felt more suck when our questionnaire was refused for 3 times by our lecturer!
she told that, we need more clearly, more simple, more and more again?urgh!must be perfect OKAY!!
Finally, our questionnaires were completely perfect, I guess and overall was 50 copy!crazy right? When you has to go here and there to fulfill your mini project, but at last they just ignored or shits and said''Sorry kids, I'm not interested''. What do you feel? Hey, you're totally wrong man! We not salesgirl like those you think OKAY! We are the student that only would like to conduct research! So, can you be cooperation with us please?
But I'm a lucky one when my friend make my day become more perfectly because he was too close with manager so I no need to make any appointment with him.hehe! So, I can interviewed him straight away and he let us to distribute our questionnaire to the customer. Easy right?
the last part that we had to do was, finished our report based on data of questionnaires that we gave. Graph, charts and all this thing must be complete on Wednesday! Oh God, we pray that you simplify our road. AMIN!♥
