Alhamdulillah, finally our mini project survey on complaints about the customers satisfaction on the quality of food and service provided by the staff restaurant was successfully and Ms Foo accept this our assignment without any crazy complaint! All our anxiety and fear were gone for only a few week because next week we have another crazy assignment!shit!
Origin of Kemaman Kopitiam from Mr. Wong Sang Hai was the pioneer of “Hai Peng Kopitiam”. He was the first person to introduce Hainanese coffee. Later her daughter, Elaine Wong and her husband, Mr. Stanley Goh introduced Vietnamese coffee, ice blended and western foods to add to its variety. Mr. Stanley Goh opened the first Kemaman Kopitiam on the year 2006 opposite Berjaya Megamall. Currently, Mr. Stanley Goh have 3 branches and were situated at Air Putih, Jalan Beserah and Kuantan Perdana.
Kemaman Kopitiam had been in Kuantan for five years time already, I still remember after SPM 2007, I and a few friends always loafing while surf internet at a corner lot opposite Berjaya Megamall and nowadays we already seldom to go there because respectively busy with study. Among my favourite menu was :
You can have the breakfast set if you’re going in the morning. Perfect light meal to start off the day and it isn’t expensive too. The set comes with two slices of toasted bread, roti bakar and an egg . I would actually prefer them to apply more butter and kaya to the toast though so the taste wouldn’t just be more to a plain slice of bread taste.
Then, there's the nasi lemak special which my favourite also Nasi Puyuh,nyam2! Yes, it is a small portion but they are not charging a high price for it so I would consider it justifiable and taste wise is good.
While the roti bakar were good, it was the coffee that kept me coming back for more. Ice blended has a Slurpee-like consistency which rif and I like. It tastes much better than the “huge-bits-of ice-that-gets-stuck-in-your-straw” ice blended coffee at some coffee places. Our coffee came with a biscuit stick and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Every sip was smooth, slightly frothy and soothing to the throat.
