And some are pretty private. I used to be the one who dishes everything out, but not anymore. So this year have a BIG RESOLUTION which is I have to committed to something and yes it's quiet harder to me.
I made a choice to get start to do a workout included control my diet plan for looking good. It's sound like a little bit silly but heyy it's not like Athens Diet or crash diet but more to CALORIES DEFICIT. Well, actually it easy if you know the RULES. Tapi kena ada motivasi diri yang sangat tinggi! I remember what Jillian Michaels on her video "YOU HAVE TO PUT STRESS ON IT, THATs HOW THING CHANGES", ohh by the way ayat ni boleh motivate masa study, HAHAHA!Another words,"PUT STRESS ON YOUR BODY, IT GONNA ADAPTS!"
And this month I begin to discipline myself to follow Jillian Michael's 30 Days Shred. 30 minit like hours!! Anyway I hope I still in my track because bet myself to do 50 day DIET PLAN. Sudah beberapa hari hujan plan nak berlari terbantut =="
